Payment Methods
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled. However, it can be altered provided that we are informed the details within 48 hours from your placement. We will do our best to satisfy your demands.
Shipping Policy
Katgammon values each and every single customer. Fast service and delivery are our first propriety. Orders will be delivered within 10 – 21 business days from the placement date. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. However, Owing to Covid-19 we are experiencing delays in the delivery of our products to customers.
You are assured of compensation in the event that you don’t receive your order within 6 months. We appreciate your patience and hope that the situation returns to normal in the near future.

Volume Discounts For Large Orders
We offer good promotions (discounts) for bulky orders. The resellers or backgammon federation and clubs are very welcome to send us emails for further negotiation.
Lead times from placing your order to the time of shipping varies by specific products. Most generally lead times are between 1-3 weeks depending upon the complexity of the order or if any of the items are personalized.
Return & Refund
Customers are assured to get a replacement for any damaged or broken parts during the shipping, provided that a clear image of the item is e-mailed to us within 24 hours from delivery time.
Unfortunately for sanitation issue particularly Covid-19 pandemic, clothing items are not refundable. So please make sure to study our sizing guide available in our website before making a purchase.
