Payment Methods
Once your order is authorized and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will then promptly send you an invoice including the shipping cost and payment details (PayPal address, bank information, or Wise account).
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order, and may vary depending on whether you choose standard or express delivery. Each shipping quote is tailored to the specific order.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer.
Please note that once the payment is verified, orders cannot be canceled. However, changes may be made within 48 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Shipping Policy
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe of 10–21 business days, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Customs & Import Fees
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order.
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. These costs will be included in the invoice sent to you after your order is confirmed.

Volume Discounts For Large Orders
We offer special discounts for bulk orders. Resellers, backgammon federations, and clubs are welcome to contact us for personalized quotes and further negotiation.
Lead times for shipping may vary depending on the specific items ordered. In most cases, orders are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 weeks, especially if customization or personalization is requested.
Return & Refund
We offer replacements for any items damaged during shipping. To qualify, please email clear images of the damaged item to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
Delayed Delivery & Refund Policy
If your order has not been delivered within 90 days from the shipping date, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
